Q. Do you offer tastings? How many people can I bring to my tasting?
A. Yes, we offer a complementary tasting and consultation for you and a minimum of 2 guests. Consultations are free and include 2 cake flavors and 2 filling flavors. Additional charges may apply if you want to try more cake flavors.

Q. Do you have a catalog or brochure?
A. No, since all of our cakes are made to order our web site serves mainly as our portfolio. It is designed to give you an introduction to our style and allows you to see some of our past creations. When you schedule a consultation you will then have the opportunity to view our complete portfolio.

Q. Do you offer sugar free, Vegan or special dietary cakes?
A. At this time we do not offer those types of cakes.

Q. What if I want fresh flowers on my cake?
A. At this time we are unable to provide fresh flowers. However, arrangements can be made with your florist to provide us with the fresh flowers you’ve selected to go on your cake.*We will also require that you sign a waiver as certain flowers are naturally poisonous.

Q. How far in advance should I book my wedding cake?
A. We recommend that you order your cake 4-6 months in advance.

Q. Do you offer sheet cakes as an alternative to ordering a larger decorated cake?
A. At this time we do not.

Q. What is fondant?
A. Fondant is traditionally made from confectioners’ sugar, glucose syrup, and gelatin. It gives your cake a smooth porcelain finish which makes for endless design possibilities. Forget about the horrorstories you’ve heard about fondant because our fondant is delicious! It is made in-house and consists mainly of white or dark imported Belgian chocolate.
